• no, this will only strengthen the SONOS connectivity...contact your internet provider and demand faster or better wifi connection, or switch to FiOS

• It will regarding the music via Sonos - Regarding your movies, you need a wifi extender (or better internet speed) and then there will be no interruption. It is probably the distance your signal needs to travel

• No, it will not help. This is a typical Bluetooth setup and does not have a great range. Maybe 20 -30 ft.
