You should be able to. I just went and updated mine in the app after seeing your question and had no issue. As a reminder: -Open the Alexa app -Open menu (top left) -Select Alexa Devices -Select your device (not group name) -Click on Device Location -Click Save (top right) when complete If these steps don’t work, you may need to rediscover your device. When all else fails, SONOS Tech Support is extremely helpful, and has a toll-free number.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is a standard option in the Alexa app. Touch the hamburger menu in the upper left corner and then touch Settings. Select your device (if you have more than one in the location, just choose the one you’re likely to use the most often. Go to Device location section and select Edit. Enter your complete address and then Save it. Good luck!
