I would try making sure the WIFI is connected to the device. Also, the questions asked might also be the problem. This device does not have the capabilities of other full fledged voice assistant devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to re adjust the speaker to the room your in and make sure you go slowly around the room you have it in. If that fails delete and reload the app and re adjust to the room or move the speaker to a new location and re adjust. Mine is pretty centrally located between the kitchen, dining room and living room.
