- Answer o route Sirius XM audio from your Dish Satellite receiver to your Sonos system, you'll need to connect the optical audio output of your Dish receiver to the optical audio input of your Sonos Port. The Sonos Port will then convert the optical audio signal to a digital signal that can be played by your Sonos speakers. Here are the steps on how to connect your Dish Satellite receiver to your Sonos system: Turn off your Dish Satellite receiver, Sonos Port, and JBL speakers. Connect the optical audio output of your Dish Satellite receiver to the optical audio input of your Sonos Port using an optical audio cable. Connect the RCA audio outputs of your Sonos Port to the RCA audio inputs of your amplifier. Connect the RCA audio outputs of your amplifier to the RCA audio inputs of your JBL speakers. Plug your Dish Satellite receiver, Sonos Port, and amplifier into power outlets. Turn on your Dish Satellite receiver, Sonos Port, and JBL speakers. Select the input on your amplifier that corresponds to the Sonos Port. Adjust the volume on your Dish Satellite receiver, Sonos Port, and amplifier to the desired level. You can now play Sirius XM audio from your Dish Satellite receiver through your Sonos speakers.

QuestionI have the Sonos Surround system, with the Arc soundbar, one sub, and two One-SL's. My room is quite large, and I would like to add two more One-SL's in the rear, for stereo music only. Will I be able to group 2 of these with my other Sonos components?

- Answer Hi! Thank you for your question. You can set up a stereo pair of One SLs in that room and group your Arc surround sound zone with that second stereo zone you created. This is not a permanent grouping and does not create a larger surround sound configuration. They will continue to show in the app as two different zones but you can group them to play the same content.

QuestionI live in a condo. If I add the sub woofer to the sound bar and the two speakers with the TV will it be to much sound and travel to my neighbors above or below me? Or is the surround sound great with just sounder and speakers?

- Answer Yes! Unfortunately if you have neighbors on your sides or below you, this will let them know that you have an elite home entertainment system. Probably should get an additional two play ones and have four of those paired with soundbar.

QuestionIf I purchased this speaker could I play this speaker only/ and turn the speakers off that is connected to the Sonos Amp ( hard wired speakers in the ceiling)?

- Answer I actually do this with my setup. I have a Sonos beam and 2 SL's for the surround. what I do is turn off the surrounds in the setting so they're just regular speakers. The beam is the one the tv is connected to so I select that (without it I won't get the tv audio) with any other one and just put the Beam volume down and the SL volume up. Hopefully, that makes sense.

QuestionIf I get a Sonos Arc, Sub, and two One SL's for surround sound, but there are times when I ONLY want to listen to one of these One SL's for quieter, less encompassing music, am I able to direct it to play only on the One SL through Alexa on the Arc?

- Answer You should be able to via sonos app over wifi, if not through the other apps you'd be using on your phone (Spotify). Those iOS's might be too old to use Airplay 2, though.

- Answer Yes. We download the Sonos app and link the TV. Sound will then come thru the Beam. You can also play music thru the Beam or Wireless speaker (whichever you purchase) using the Sonos app!

- Answer You cannot hook this directly up to the receiver but all Sirius XM Satellite Radio comes with a free online subscription with their app and you can definitely download the Sonos app and connect to your Sirius XM channels through the Sonos app by adding connection to the Sirius account that you have online. Very simple to do!!!

- Answer The Speaker has an Ethernet Cable. For the most part it is used wirelessly with another sonos sound bar. Singularly the speaker is used by Airplay or over Wi-Fi. If the Bose utilizes an auxiliary or Bluetooth system it will not work.

- Answer Yes, you can add your music library in the desktop app and have it play music from your music library.

QuestionThe salesman at Costco told us that this product would help my husband, who wears hearing aid, hear the Samsung Smart TV better, like movies, streaming, et, we dont want it just for music. Does this product pair the with television and channel on the tv?

- Answer Yes it does. I have a Sonos system set up on my smart tv. I have it set up for surround sound (sound bar and two background speakers). I recently added a third rear speaker and set it up as living room 2. I then play living room 1 and living room 2 together. I get the surround sound from living room 1 and the main sound from the sound bar and living room 2 speaker which is right next to me. That way I can keep most of the volume down on living room 1 and adjust the speaker near me so that I can hear the tv better.
