QuestionTried hooking up my turntable with The Move, not able. Will this product provide Line in? Is there a true wireless speaker that I can take around house available?

- Answer The Move is a great, portable, wireless speaker. We take ours out on the balcony, to the pool, room to room. The sound is amazing, especially in the house. It sounds better than our Sonos One speakers. I don't think of a turntable as being portable. Adding the Sonos Amp to your turntable will integrate your turntable into your wireless Sonos system so that you could listen to it on any (or all) of your Sonos speakers, even the Move, as long as you are in wifi range. The Move does not have audio inputs, only bluetooth and wifi.

QuestionI want to play my iTunes play lists from my iPhone and my Dell laptop running windows 10. I don’t have any music subscriptions and I don’t need smart speaker capability. Are these a good choice? I tried Echo 4th generation and couldn’t get them to work.

- Answer Yes it is compatible with S2. It does not have any audio inputs or Bluetooth for connecting devices. Sonos does make a device called Port that says it does what you want but that is an expensive way. Would be cheaper to buy an iPad with enough space to store your songs. Since Sonos also uses Airplay you could see if someone makes a device to connect a CD player to that will output Airplay.

- Answer The SL does not have a microphone or voice capability, so you can't use it as an Alexa or Google smart speaker. All other features are identical.

- Answer This will not work as a stand alone speaker to boost your TV’s audio. You would need a sound bar or primary Sonos device connected to your TV/home audio so you could add this speaker to the audio mix.

- Answer You can use a 3rd Sonos One SL as a rear center speaker with your existing Sonos system. Sonos does not officially support using a rear center speaker, but you can achieve this by creating a custom speaker group in the Sonos app. To use your 3rd Sonos One SL as a rear center speaker, follow these steps: Ensure the Sonos S1 app is installed and updated. Then, open the app and sign into your Sonos account. Tap the "Rooms" tab, and then select the room where your existing Sonos speakers are located. Tap the "Group" tab. Tap the "+" button and select "Custom Speakers". From the list of available speakers, select both your existing rear speakers and the 3rd Sonos One SL that you want to use as the rear center speaker. Tap the "Create Group" button to confirm the speaker group. Name the speaker group appropriately, such as "5.1 Surround Sound" or "Rear Center Speaker Group". Adjust the volume and EQ settings for each speaker in the group to your liking. Once you have created the custom speaker group, you can use it to play audio from any music streaming service or other supported source. The audio will be played through all three speakers in the group, creating a simulated surround sound experience.

- Answer Yes! You can connect to your Sonos system with multiple devices. I use an iPad, iPhone and Windows PC to control my Sonos system depending on which device is most handy at the moment. No issues, very seamless.

- Answer Yes, you will need a Sonos amp to hookup your ceiling speakers and you may need a Sonos boost as well to get the speakers connected if you have a large building.

- Answer We have two speakers approximately 20 feet back from Gen 2 and tv. We two have a large room to fill and am very please. We replaced a system that was 21 years old. Highly recommend along with the subwoofer.

- Answer Hi, and thanks for your question. It depends on the experience you're looking for. Move is great if you want something portable, but still an acoustic powerhouse. Roam, is great to take out on any adventure. Perfect for someone who's willing to sacrifice a little bit of acoustic output for major portability (still sounds good for it's size) and our Sonos by Sonance Outdoor speakers give the biggest acoustic profile to your outdoor space, but are designed to be permanently installed outside.

- Answer No, the speakers only work with the Sonos app on your phone. Other Bluetooth devices will not connect to the speaker.
