• Yes, although wireless for the sound. They do need to be plugged into an outlet.

• They do need to be plugged in but they do not need a dedicated outlet if that's what you are asking

• Yes they come with a cord. Not sure of the exact length because I sit one on my kitchen counter and the other on my bathroom counter and the length has worked for me. Mine are always plugged in because I use them daily.
