• It’s not dtx or atmos. I’ve got it in a 5.1 with a sub and two ones for rears. And it’s a great experience for gaming and movies. Music is top notch also. Sonos is releasing a atmos playbar this year and it will use hdmi instead of optical.

• The current playbar does not support Dobly Atoms. They are releasing a brand new version that does in June

• The Sonos Playbar does not support any Dolby Atmos or DTC formats. The new Sonos Arc supports Dolby Atmos but not DTS.
