The port has no dac or amplification built in. You can easily separate rooms, unsure about separate music simultaneously in different rooms.

However, you can plug your turntable into Port, and you can plug Port into your stereo system that would power those speakers. You can then group your Fives and Ones and play your vinyl in those rooms wirelessly, or seperate them and play them only in room that you want to play them in. If you have a pair of speakers that need power, we'd recommend the Amp. Which your turntable can plug into and will power your speakers and can group and ungroup with the rest of you Sonos system as well.
