Hello, and thank you for your question. The Port is designed to turn your receiver or amplifier into a Sonos streamable receiver. So, it would not help with your current situation. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually just purchased the port & was able to plug my old iPad into the line in on the back of the port. This is allowing me to access my older purchased music that was stored on that device. You will not be able to “see” the content you are playing like you can through the streaming apps on the Sonos app but they are playable. Hope this helps.
