That doesn't answer the question- none of the radio stations I listen to in my area are on sonos radio. So can we answer the original question please?

This is a free radio service that's free (Premium Service called Sonos Radio HD is available as an upgrade) and you can listen to ~60k stations. Chances are the ones you want to listen to are available to listen to for free through Sonos Radio.
