What is the most up to date generation? null

In Feb. of 2020 I purchased a Sonos sound bar for $400. to add to a new tv because by Bose system would not work w/the new smart tv. The sound was clear but flat.I added the Sonus sub and now the system kicks. Kicks is comprehensive for yeah its there! ALL of the Best buy agents from the Geek squad Love Sonos and highly recommend any Sonos component.

Gen 3 is the current generation, but it does not come out until June 10th.
