Bear in mind the 16mm wide angle will be 1.5X 16 = 24MM....not really all that wide on a crop sensor camera. I bought a Sigma ART 16MM F1.4 lens (a FABULOUS lens) but disappointed that it was just not really all that wide. So, I bought the 10-18mm last month, and, problem solved. People will look distorted at 10MM but 10mm is great for landscape. You also will get great perspectives at 12 to 16mm on this lens, so, it's far more purposeful than buying a straight 16mm prime. I suggest you try the 10-18....what a great lens for the A6000 series. I just bought a 30mm Sony macro from BestBuy and that thing has a focus distance of 3.8 inches. So, for walking around, it's super easy to carry the 10-18 and the 30mm in my pocket.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both should be able to fulfill your desire but the 10-18 is wider at 10mm so it should cover more territory and allow a slight bit more for cropping. F2.8 will give you more Bokeh than the F4 so that aspects becomes a personal preference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This lens covers focus distance of 16mm and its aperture range as well. And I guess it is just as sharp if not more so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this lens is SUPER wide and should definitely capture everything in the frame.
