“What does the B in WI1000X/B means? Is it an updated version to the WI1000X ?”

Hi Johannes, The last letter of the headphones indicates the color of the headphones. WI1000X/B means color black model and the WI1000X/N means color gold model. Check this link for the specification of this headphones. https://docs.sony.com/release//SPECS/WI1000XB_mksp.pdf Regards, -David

The /B denotes the black color. This headphone is also available in Gold which is not shown on Best Buy’s site.
