“on my heaphones it seems as if the left cup does better noise cancelling than the right cup. I cant hear anything through the left but the right i can hear outside noise slightly. is this normal? btw, i did do the nc setup where it analyzes stuff.”

That is not normal I would bring them in and ask for a replacement.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This has not been an issue for me. It is also possible that your right ear hearing is more sensitive than the left. The next time I wear them I will check for left-right thing and update this answer if I find a difference in NC performance.
