This lens for its wide angle is perfect for taking panoramic photos. You can also use it for indoors photos where in a small space captures a big scene.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This lens would be a great all around lens. With the Sony A6000, there is the 1.5 crop, so this lens basically becomes a 24mm lens. That's pretty wide, and is perfect for landscape/scenery/architecture photos. It would be great for even basic street photography. I paired it with the Ultra Wide Converter (VCL-ECU2), and it converted it to a 15-16mm in 35mm format. it's not as "fisheye" as you would think, but at some angles, there is some bending. However, I use that for "real estate" photos, and definitely landscape photography.
