Questiondoes this support 110v-220v? so that it can be used in other countries

QuestionIt looks white in the photos and video. When I got it, on the box side panel it says [W] Crème White, and I opened the box it looks beige. Is this a mistake? It also says HT-MT300/WM on the box side, but on the order it was HT-MT300/W. It's not White!!!

QuestionI bought this, connected an analogue cable and got audio. When I connect an optical cable from my computers sound card, I get nothing. I've tried resetting the device. I have the bar set to TV. I assume the optical is for input.

- Answer Have u checked the computer digital cable out ? I got this out of the box and was up in running with the optical cable within 2min. Plug and play for sure Or check other inputs

QuestionIs this compatible with the Insignia 24" LED TV 1080P/60hz Model # NS-24D510NA17? It has a digital (coax) audio output. It does not have an optical connector, as far as I can tell. My other option is a Sony Bravia XBR from 2008, which does have one.

- Answer You can purchase a "audio output to auxiliary cable(av cords)" . Sound bar has an auxiliary input and your tv has the audio output usually red & white , that should definitely work.

- Answer There are no screws, bolts or clips that come with this product. There are no pre-drilled holes in the back either. It has smooth back molding. Basically the only good thing is if you want put up a small shelf on the wall it will fit fine without over hanging on the sides due to its small size.

- Answer Out of what I've learned you have to go into settings and the tv will pick up the Bluetooth device. It should connect.
