QuestionI have this sound bar connected to X950G 75in. When the sound bar is connected the sound turns off after few minutes of watching nd the only way to restore sound is cycle through inputs. No problem without the soundbar.

QuestionHi! I connected my 9000f to my 4k ultra blu ray and then to my 4k ultrahd TV via ARC. When I play a blu ray atmos movie everything is ok but when I play an atmos movie from Netflix on my TV I don't get it?

QuestionI cannot seem to get the vertical S to enable on my Sony Bravia xbr-65a1e. Am I missing something?

- Answer Go on advanced settings - audio settings - sound effect and choose 'sound mode on' Once you have chosen this setting you'll be able to use vertical S and check if it's enabled or disabled. Just press the vertical S on the soundbar remote (while you still have soundbar settings menu open on the tv screen)

QuestionI recently purchased a htx9000f soundbar. It was working fine until I just turned it on and the sound is very low. Used to having my sony 65" 850 series tv set to vol 30 and was pretty loud. Now it is set to 80 and can hardly hear any bass or anything
