“I have the HTCT790 Sound Bar, my problem is lip sync going out of sync. I am able to correct it by switching to TV speakers, then switch again to system speakers. This lasts for a undetermined amount of time, then it will go out of sync again.”

Take it back!! I've had 2 do the exact thing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It took me about 3 hours to figure out how to get this sound bar to work correctly with my Sony tv. You would think they would just understand each other... not the case. You have to go into the tv setting and play around with all of the sync settings. Also, it was really important to use a fiber optic cable instead of an hdmi. The optic cable is what finally got my sound bar working correctly. It's a great product once you get it working properly.
