Hi, ff35! Connect the subwoofer into a different wall outlet and try again. When the light indicator pops in, pair it again to the soundbar. Here's the link on how to. See page 20. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4688/46882521M.pdf Happy to help, David
