“I have a soundbar with wireless sub-woofer. I am wondering if I can use the sub-woofer without the soundbar on my pioneer receiver, vs. buying a new sub-woofer? have a surround speaker set up but no sub woofer yet. There are 0 ports on the sub. Darrel”

Hi there, The subwoofer is only designed to pair with the main unit. Using it with a different model is not guaranteed to work. It also doesn't support a wired connection which is common on most receivers. ~Ralph
