• Hi Yoellie, You need to pair the subwoofer to the soundbar using its wireless function which is secure link. Check this link for more information. https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4688252121.pdf (page 20) Regards, -David

• Hold volume down and Power for 5 seconds. All LED's will flash 3 times and the lights will turn off. Disconnect the AC power cord. Connect the AC power cord and press the power button. Link the system to the subwoofer. Press Link on the rear of the subwoofer. Hold down Clear Audio+ for 5 seconds.
