• Probably the IR wire is broken, or you didn' pair the sound bar and woofer. Check manual for that.

• Check the setting and the volume. May sound simplistic, but this bar is hard to screw up. We had a similar issue where we couldn't hear anything and it was that one of the kids sat on the controller and accidentally lowered the volume all the way.
