“the sub woofer produces very little sound if any. it links right up and i have turned up the volume to sub woofer.Is the unit bad or is this just how it works?the sound is good from sound bar.i had a samsumg but returned to get the sony, one less remote”

• The woofer is not bad. I have this problem, too. This is how the system works. Maybe placing the woofer to a different spot helps.
