“When connecting HT-CT290 sound bar to my Sony 55 900E. Pressing SW+, USB TV BT all flash. From reading the manual, I see that means the subwoofer is muted. Ran trouble shooting for a muted subwoofer it still does that and no sound. am I missing something?”

• I had what seemed the same expereince. The subwoofer will only be heard when your source has subwoofer in its production. Also try increasing your subwoofer volume from the remote.
