“I have a Sony ct-290 sound bar and just recently I notice the subwoofer does not power up, and I know it's not the receipical box. Any ideas what I can do?”

• Get an exchange if you're still covered under Best Buy. Otherwise, your only hope is for Sony support or a new soundbar overall. Your credit card may also cover for warranty repairs/replacements if you purchase this with your CC
