“My sound bar skips only when the subwoofer is on. If I turn off the subwoofer the skipping stops. Only happens when i am listening to music via blue tooth from my phone. If I switch it to tv mode the skipping no longer occurs even with the woofer on”

Try unplugging it from the power source and let.it reset. Sounds like the Bluetooth may be the interference. Also try resetting your phone powered turning it off and then power it back up. Set up Bluetooth again and see.if that works. Hope this helps
