“"Speakers are off" will not go away on my TV screen. Is this the Sony sound bar or TV? I tried to troubleshoot. I did & nothing happened.”

Hi Honey, it comes from the TV. Try pressing the "Display" button of the TV remote. If nothing happens, we highly suggest contacting the manufacturer of your TV. Thanks! ^Ron
