A:AnswerThe only thing I can think of is that you may have left your TV speakers on. Go in to your audio settings and double check to make sure the TV speakers are off. Some TVs automatically do this when you switch to an external audio output. If you are using a fiber optic cable, make sure it's plugged in tight. I hope this helps
A:AnswerHi there, The subwoofer is only designed to pair with the main unit. Using it with a different model is not guaranteed to work. It also doesn't support a wired connection which is common on most receivers. ~Ralph
