As long as you have optical output on your TV it'll work just fine.

Not a clue, but it works quite well on my older Sony LCD Bravia TV. I did have to purchase a Digital Audion Cable, which did not come in the box, as the Bravia's HDMI connection does not have ARC capability. This added about $20 to the total cost of the sound bar.
