• yes, it is set up for 2 sets of 2 each speakers.

• yes we have 4 speakers connected to ours and it works great.

• Hi, Yes. You can connect up to 4 speakers. However, The sound will be in 2 ch (stereo). Thanks. -Anthony

• If you select speakers A and speakers B to be on at the same time you are powering 4 speakers. Speakers A or speakers B or speakers A+B are selected by a push button on the front of the receiver.
