“If my TV connects to this receiver through my headphone jack on TV where do the RCA connectors get plugged into on this receiver? Sorry but I'm not a techie guy.. Has anubody tried this? TV company says only way. Thanks”

You can connect it to any of the audio inputs but SAT preferly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can plug them into any input -- just choose that input on the Sony receiver. So if you plug in the cable from your TV into the "TV" or "SA-CD" input, then select that input source on the receiver.

There will likely be one for the TV but any of the component pairs, there will be one for right (red) and one for left (white), will suffice. As long as you know which component device you plugged the TV into, you will select that channel from the front of the receiver and the TV will be connected and sound relayed appropriately.
