You have to have both USBs plugged in. I haven't tried it myself but it should work.

yes, if you made sure both usb dongles were plugged in. you would have to select it in the settings for the computer though which would be different for each OS.

Yes. Two people can listen at once. Just need to plug in both USB sticks.
