“Have they fixed the cheap pins on the sides? I have a set and they broke in about a month, both sides the pins snapped.”

They haven't broken yet but I did buy The Geek Squad warranty

That is how my son's broke, the side that is supposed to bend. He has an average size head and light use.

Unfortunately, they have not changed the construction of the headset, but I do recommend spending the extra $20 or so for the warranty at checkout as they will replace them in the future if necessary. I have had this headset for 3 years now and have tried others, for me the golds work and feel the best!
