• I have the same reciever. Check out its manual for connection of additional speakers.

• In the slots that say Surround back/height. Also make sure the movie your watching, Blu ray or PS4 for examples, that the sound is set to Dolby Atmos.

• I have the same Sony receiver, the Atmos speakers connect to the Rear/ Height speaker output. My "Rear" speakers are connected to the Surround speaker output. I used the calibration mic to let the system set the levels. During the setup you have to select the Height speakers so the system knows what to listen for.
