• No, you do not need any more cords to set up the TV, it comes with a power cable which is all you need to set it up.

• The power cable is included. You'll need to furnish your other cables. Note, there are only 2 HDMI ports and 1 set of Composite ports. Keep that in mind when you consider which devices you want to plug in to the TV.
