Try going through the menu settings and look for any setting that says "dynamic dark" or "automatically adjust brightness" and this may solve your issue. I recommend turning off all "enhancements" for all these do is cause issues and lessen the true picture quality of the set.
If those are not the answer, you may have something wrong with the backlighting and you should have it looked at by a professional.
