Q: QuestionI read reports this does not have amazon prime, as you would hulu or netflix in the apps. Is this the case? i.e.is this TV user friendly - we are not computer people and want a smart tv thats simple! with amazon, netflix and hulu for dummies etc!

• A:Answer Its a 60HZ panel but the Motionflow XR240 does a great job of removing judder. If you were watching it next to a 120hz panel TV, I doubt you'd be able to see difference.

• A:Answer You cannot use any wall mount that has vertical brackets that attach to back of tv. it will cover one of the HDMI inputs. Found this out the hard way. Had to return to store and exchange tv for last years model which does not have this problem.

• A:Answer This Sony didn't come in a 2015 model; what was sold in 2015 was the 2014 model. The 2016 model has a better processor in it. It also appears to be better made than the 2014 model.
