“Can you get 4K YouTube videos to stream on it? I've tried through the app but it doesn't tell if it's streaming it in 4K, and chrome doesn't cast more than 1080p. Any other options?”

Yes it streams 4k/HDR Youtube videos as well as 4k/HDR content from Netflix & Amazon Prime. I know when streaming 4k/hdr on Netflix if I hit the Display button on the remote it will tell you wether its 1080 or 2160 and its also tells you the download rate like 15/mbs. I have a Chromecast Ultra 4k and its the only chromecast that will stream 4k/hdr. Googlecast I havnt tried yet but I heard its riddled with bugs.
