Thank you for contacting Sony, Daperno1. You can absolutely use both devices with your K-43S20M2. Simply connect your Spectrum cable box and Blu-ray player to any of the available HDMI ports on the back of the TV. Once connected, you can easily switch between them using the "Input" button on your Sony remote. We appreciate your interest in Sony products.
