Thank you for contacting Sony, Mike. The ports on your K43S20M2 are engineered to the HDMI 2.0 bandwidth standard, meaning they are optimized for 4K content at 60Hz. Your TV includes two great features for enhanced sound and gaming: ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode): This is supported on all four HDMI ports, ensuring a quick, low-lag Game Mode is automatically activated when you connect a modern console. eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel): This function is designated specifically to HDMI 3. You should use this port for connecting a high-fidelity soundbar or AV receiver. While your TV successfully handles the features above, its HDMI 2.0 architecture does not facilitate the highest-bandwidth performance features required by some next-generation consoles, such as 4K at 120Hz, 8K at 60Hz, or VRR (Variable Refresh Rate). For best results, we advise using HDMI 3 (eARC) and HDMI 4 for primary high-demand devices like gaming consoles. You can then use HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 for all other devices, such as cable boxes or streaming players. We appreciate your interest in Sony products.
