“I am not asking if this tv works with headphones and tv speakers simultaneously. I am asking if, WHEN WATCHING NETFLIX, this tv will allow the use of headphones and the TV speakers simultaneously. Can BESTBUY test this?”

I asked the same question to salesmen and answer was that plugging in the headphones will switch the speakers off.... but I did not test this.

It has Headphone/Speaker link that will enable this feature.
