Hi Lynn, Here are the dimensions of the TV: -Without the stand - 38 x 22 3/8 x 2 1/4 inches (964 x 567 x 57 mm)(WxHxD) -With the stand - 38 x 24 3/8 x 9 5/8 inches (964 x 617 x 242 mm)(WxHxD) Regards, ~Ralph
