• For the Sony 43” the width is 38”, length 22 1/8” & depth is 2 3/8”. Hope this helps.

• since you have internet service, go to best buy website and pull up the 43in or the 40in tv and click on the specs tab. you then scroll down to the section that gives you the demensions. then see the line that says width this is probably the width as stated by the manfacturer
