Advertised as a "Black Friday" special, a premium-level Bravia set at 33% off is a bargain, it was on sale about 3 weeks ago, then back up to $599 until Sunday morning (the 24th) when it went back on sale. I got the last one at my local store by buying it online and picking it up at the store Sunday afternoon. It is not currently in stock locally, but can be ordered for later delivery & local pickup. If you want one of these excellent sets, I'd jump on one ASAP as Sony seems to be phasing out of the under 50" market and this is rated as the best 43" set available. There seems to be a real demand for this size for smaller rooms. This set is truly a jem and at the sale price, IMHO, will sell out quickly.

This price is Best Buy's "Black Friday" pricing so chances are it will stay the same through Christmas at least. After that, who knows how it will be priced. My advice on TV purchases - decide what you want, then find the best price on TVs that fit your criteria.
