A:Answer While the refresh rate is 60 Hz, due to processors and software being how the picture and motion rate is presented, refresh rates are not as important as they used to be. The refresh rate doesn’t determine how well motion is handled.
It used to make the most important factor in determining wha tv I would buy, but is relatively insignificant to me now.
