• Best thing is to pull up the manual PDF for this tv or go to Sony .com. I don't have Alexa and can't find it in the system at the moment. I thought it does, but you need to get the Alexa seperatly. Found this: On Google Play download The Alexa App to your TV. The remote has a search by voice button as well. We love this TV. It is clear.
