To achieve the best picture quality, we recommend not exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and avoiding installing the TV in a room with reflective walls and floor materials. If glare is your priority, we recommend getting the X90J which features XR Contrast Booster 5 that adjusts brightness for higher peaks in glare and deeper blacks in shadow, or the X95J which features XR Contrast Booster 10 and X-Wide Angle™- Sony's original optical design to control the light from the backlight, the X-Wide Angle panel ensures colors stay true from wherever you're watching.
