“I know the X85J hasn't been released yet in 43" but I can't seem to find anything that definitively can tell me the difference between the X85J and the X80J models. Can someone help? I don't know if I should wait or not. Thanks!”

I too was waiting for the x85j since its for my room that I use a lot and I cant buy anything bigger because it will be too close to me but in seeing poor contrast and the same thing as x80j so its not worth spending the extra 350 dollars even if you have money the x85j is the same now you go to 48 inch then you have way better options than the x85j but if not just buy the x80j

80J has only 60Hz refresh rates, no HDMI 2.1 ports (all four ports use the HDMI 2.0b standard), and a standard TV tuner.

HDMI 2.0b and basic 60 refresh rate = 80J. Also, basic tuner.
