No. You can try to turn off all settings but in my experience it always comes back. I have a streaming cable box, so I don't really the smart tv functions. I have learned to deal with the few issues that annoy me- I find with this tv the good outweighs the bad by a large margin.

However, doing so does remove some functionality like installing apps, services and features that require signing into your Google Account, and Google Assistant. Hope this helps! - Romeo
