Hello Jack, Thank you for reaching out to Sony! We appreciate your question and are here to assist you. The Sony XR-48A90K TV can only connect to one Bluetooth audio device at a time, so you can't have both your Samsung Galaxy S23 phone and your hearing aids paired for audio simultaneously. However, you can still display content from your phone on the TV. The Sony XR-48A90K is an Android TV, so you can use features like Chromecast built-in or Wi-Fi Direct to mirror your phone's screen. This allows you to show videos, photos, and other content from your phone on the TV, but the audio would still need to be handled by the hearing aids, as they would be using the TV's single Bluetooth audio connection. To connect your hearing aids, you'll need to put them in pairing mode and then search for them in the TV's Bluetooth settings. Once connected, they will be the primary audio output for the TV. For more details on the Bluetooth feature, you can visit the Sony support page: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/jusltn1/v1/en-003/04-06_01.html?hl=bluetooth Best regards, -Fred
